|Chicago Roseland area alert
The very first community alert was issued on December 9th with the Detective Division in Area 25th District via ClearPath. It tells how a 16year old female was walking with the 12,700 block of S. Sangamon S(932 West), when an unfamiliar male black offender placed a psychological object in their own back and forced her into an alley where he sexually assaulted the victim.
It says the offender may be a Black male, about 5'10, weighting about 220 pounds along with a light complexion and wearing a black mask, dark jeans and light-weight brown "Timberland" boots.
On Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at approximately 8:20 pm, a 24year old female was working to close <a href=http://www.asktradex.com/images/index.asp?q=oakley-508>オークリー サングラス ハーフジャケット</a> her <a href=http://almalaf.net/include/index.asp?q=oakleynagoya-690>http://almalaf.net/include/index.asp?q=oakleynagoya-690</a> garage on 122nd street between South Michigan St. (100 East) and Indiana <a href=http://www.asktradex.com/images/index.asp>http://www.asktradex.com/images/index.asp</a> Ave.(200 East), when a mysterious male black grabbed her from behind placing gun to her head and compelled her simply eastbound from your ally. The victim was then sexually assaulted by offender. Upon fleeing the offender stated to victim, "Count to 100" and fled in an unknown direction.
On Monday, December 27, 2010 at approximately 7:00 pm, a 26year old female, while walking in your 118th block between South Racine St. (1200 West) and Elizabeth St. (1332 West), was approached by a mysterious male black who grabbed her from behind putting a gun to her head and compelled her to the alley in the 117th block of South Throop St. (1300 West). The victim was then sexually assaulted through offender. Upon fleeing Offender stated to victim," Count to 100" and fled on an unknown direction.
The offender was named men black, 5'075'09, 150180 lbs, which has a light brown complexion. The offender was wearing a black scarf, black sweat pants, black sweater, and black gym shoes.
Alerts are already issued via ClearPath but residents appear at first sight unaware of this challenge. Women residents of this type have to the bull by horn themselves by checking ClearPath, attending CAPS meetings and making information that is needed for along with any local.
